It is possible to soak in a natural hot springs even in Tokyo. Seta hot springs Sanga no yu is a hot springs facility that is located in Tokyo/Setagaya.
There is an amber colored hot water that is being welled out from under 1700 meters underground. The place where there is a facility is originally Mito Tokugawa family's great house trace; there are open-air baths all over the grand yard filled with green. The open-air bath is a co-ed bath that requires bathing suits,
therefore families and couples can enjoy. Other than the sufficient baths, a tatami floored resting room, esthetic/massage, a children's play yard "piarette" and so on are also compounded, therefore you can have fun for a whole day.

○概要
JR京浜東北線「大森駅」にある圓能寺本堂にて坐禅とピラティスを行い、カラダの内からとココロの内からご自身を見つめなおしてもらうきっかけになればと思っています。
レッスンは1回90分です。 前半はBodyElementSystemマットピラティスインストラクターの布袋田 沙織いよるピラティスです。主に寝た姿勢でのムーブメントが多く、ご自身のカラダの癖や歪みに気付き、そこを改善するよう筋肉をゆるめる事とコアを意識できるようトレーニングするような内容になっています。
後半は開創よりおよそ400年の成田山圓能寺 副住職による坐禅です。副住職の導きの下、坐禅の種類の中でも"瞑想"を行います。目を閉じて自分のココロと会話をしながら、リラックスした状態を作り出します。また、坐禅の組み方や経の意味なども丁寧にお伝えします。

お一人お一人が充実した時間を過ごせるよう、最大で15人となっております。 なので、本堂で感じる気持ちよさを損なうことなくレッスンに集中できるほか、分からないことやもっと知りたいことを気軽に聞けます。

○概要
花押在日本古代為代表門第高的武將或是貴族的簽名標誌，現代則根據姓名、出生年月日、天干地支等易學設計而成，因此漢字文化圈以外的人士也可以製作屬於自己的花押。也有人說此類花押具有開運之功能。此活動為花押流派之一「天心流」的石川德人老師替我們設計世界上獨一無二花押。

○Summary
In Tokyo/Omotesando you can experience calligraphy by Ishikawa Naruhito. This teacher has started calligraphy from 1st grade primary school. After graduating college, after experiencing dental management consulting, IT consulting and so on, he worked as a manager of a company. Afterwards going into the calligraphy world, he has a very unique career history, and is a very funny person. He will teach courteously to those that do not know how to write Japanese as well, so it is very reassuring for those from abroad.

He is the amazing person who won the Higashikuninomiya culture word in 2010.
■Not only calligraphy!
Not only in calligraphy but he takes part in tea ceremonials and in intensifying Japanese culture. He also does brand consulting and marketing for brushes, and the traditional industries.

A type of a signature “Kao” is one of the schools, and he is also the instructor for Tenshinryu. He is also creating the Kao.
